Care-share honors 30-day free returns for member(s) ONLY & buyer paid returns for non-members

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. If you require a refund please contact us by submitting a refund request.

Care-share Money Back Guarantee applies when:

• The buyer doesn't receive an item

• The item received by the buyer doesn't match the listing, for example:

  • The seller sent the wrong item, or

  • The item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty

• Care-share doesn't fulfil the return policy as stated in the listing
